Planning Application Submission

We can act as your Planning Agent, completing your application and dealing with correspondance and issues with the council.

Before we submit an application on your behalf, we will talk to a planning officer at your council to ensure that we have all the required documents (exact requirements vary between councils).

There is one set cost of £150 for us to act as your agent and complete your application. This does not inlcude the council's fee, which is usually £150.
