O/S Location Plan

It is a requirement of all councils that a Location Plan is submitted with every planning application. These are a map of the property showing immediately surrounding buildings and amenities.

Location Plans should be at a scale of 1:1250. The property boundary should be highlighted in red and any additional land under the same ownership in blue.

We can supply Location plans in either electronic format or paper copies. If they are in electronic format then they can be incorporated onto the drawings, as shown in our examples. This reduces the amount of paperwork involved and keeps things together.
